The hotel has a formal vibe with spacious, luxurious rooms and modern bathrooms. the scenic view from the upper floors is exceptional. the buffet breakfast had many options and was quite tasty. the friendly staff was willing to help despite the language barrier.

The swimming pool was quite small and not very relaxing.

During our xmas getaway, we enjoyed the newly decorated and spacious rooms of this hotel. The bathroom was modern and clean, and the view from the high floor was stunning. The breakfast offered many local options and the food at the restaurant was reasonably priced. The staff, although with limited English, was friendly and helpful.

The swimming pool area had no relaxing chairs and was noisy, not ideal for a holiday break. the air conditioning in our room was not working properly and the laundry service was expensive.

During our Easter stay, we enjoyed the spacious and modern Vietnamese-styled rooms with newly decorated bathrooms that were offered by the hotel. The view of the river from our room's high floor added an extra touch of tranquility to our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the many local options offered during breakfast, which was a great start to our day.

The hotel staff seemed to struggle with English, making communication somewhat difficult, but the staff tried their best to help us. The location was quite far from the city, and we found that we had to use a taxi to get to the nearest restaurants. Additionally, the pool area was not very relaxing, with no comfortable chairs, and the pool water was not clean enough, so we did not feel very tempted to swim.
